I started A Toast to Good Taste as a catalog of my versions of the recipes I love. I like to use approachable cooking methods and employ ingredients you can actually find in the grocery store.
I also wanted to create a resource that gives appropriate attention to food and drink. Each “project” provides guidance on the why behind the pairing suggestion, some knowledge to drop on your dinner guests, and tips on buying the perfect bottle.
