CREAMY CHICKEN + CHARDONNAY
Put boneless breasts in baking pan. Cover with slices of swiss cheese. Combine 1 can cream chicken soup and 1/4 cup white wine. Spread that over the chicken, dot with butter and bake 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve over rice with broccoli or beans on the side.
BAKED SALMON + PINOT NOIR
Pat salmon dry. Sprinkle with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes at 400. Temp and continue baking until 135-140 internal temp. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with carb and veggies.
BIBIMBAP BOWL + OFF-DRY RIESLING
Marinade steak or chicken in teriyaki. Cook basmati or jasmine rice. Fry eggs. Pan fry mushrooms. Steam broccoli florets. Use a peeler to peel carrots into strips. Set out: edamame, mushrooms, edamame, eggs, broccoli. Add any other veggies you desire! Serve all together in a bowl and top with soy sauce, gochujang, hoisin, and/or yum yum sauce

CHICKEN ON GREEK SALAD + SAUGVIGNON BLANC
Marinade chicken tenders in lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, and Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Cut into cubes and pan fry.
Cut bell peppers and red onions into strips. Slice cucumber into half coins. Cut tomato into cubes. Add in kalamata olives. Toss with feta, oregano, lemon juice and high quality olive oil. Top with Chicken.
LUNCHES
GRILLED CHEESE AND TOMATO SOUP
Butter both sides of sourdough bread. Slices of havarti and cheddar inside. Put in hot, buttered pan. Flip once browned. Drop a bit of water in the pan and cover. The steam will help melt the cheese. Pair with tomato soup from Trader Joe's (it's the best!)
CHOPPED CHICKEN CAESAR WRAPS
Cut up chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinade in Greek dressing + salt, pepper, and oregano for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cut up thick bacon into small pieces. Fry bacon. Discard most of the bacon grease but leave enough to coat the pan. Add marinaded chicken to same the hot pan. Cook until 165 and golden. Chop romaine, tomatoes, and red onion. Mix together and add croutons and shredded mozz, feta, and/or parm. Disperse on large cutting board and chop the mix into very small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with bacon, chicken, salt, pepper, oregano, caesar dressing, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mayo, and oregano. Toss. Wrap the mixture in warm tortillas or stuff into pitas
Cocktails - Stirred
MARTINI
1/2 oz Dry vermouth, 2.5 oz Gin. Garnish with lemon peel or olives.
MANHATTAN
2 oz Rye, 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth, Dash Angostura bitters. Garnish with cherry.
OLD FASHIONED
2 oz Bourbon, 1/2 oz demerara Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 2 dashes Orange Bitters. Squeeze oils from orange peel onto drink and garnish with the peel.
NEGRONI
Equal parts (1 oz) gin, sweet vermouth, and campari. Garnish with orange peel.
BOULEVARDIER
1.5 oz rye, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 1 oz campari. Garnish with orange peel.
JEREMY RENNER
1 oz Irish whiskey, 1 oz Rye, 1/2 oz Cynar, 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur, 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth

2 oz Tequila, 1 oz agave syrup, 1 oz lime juice

Equal parts (1 oz) bourbon, amaro nonino, aperol, lemon juice
MAI TAI
1 oz Jamaican Rum, 1/2 oz Rhum Agricole, 1 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz Orgeat, 1/2 oz Curacao. Garnish with mint and a straw
